Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age or older, Eligible to work in Canada, No criminal background, Must be bondable and capable of
being licensed as a security guard under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, Drivers licence
and a vehicle.
Type of Service Experience:
Minimum one year experience as a security/police dispatcher required
Education:
Minimum completion of high school
Languages:
Fluently Speak English, Read English, Write English
Skill Requirements:
Dispatcher Specific Skills:
Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment, Process and transmit information
and instructions, Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, Dispatch personnel as required
by emergency situations
Additional Skills:
Provide quality customer service, Maintain work records and logs, Perform general office duties, Monitor
personnel workloads and locations
