The quality we bring to your environment begins long before your organization
personally meets our security guard professionals. The Board of Directors at Best
Guard Security has resolved to make the recruitment and training of our personnel
the key to our success. Our employees are guaranteed to have a 100% clean criminal
record and a valid CPR and First Aid certificate. All security guards are licensed
under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act.
Prior to being hired, security guards will be screened via a written integrity test,
which is a highly effective questionnaire developed to identify job applicants whose
integrity and productivity are suitable for the work environment. The integrity test
addresses the individual’s attitude toward honesty, job stability, and drug and
alcohol abuse.
The respective candidates that successfully pass the integrity test will then be
contacted to engage in a technical and behavioral interview with organizational
representatives from Best Guard Security to assess personality fit, interpersonal
skills, and technical expertise.
